I’m a storyteller who’s dedicated to uncovering facts and holding power to account. I was born in Wichita, Kansas, and graduated summa cum laude from Wichita State University in May 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in communication. I’ve always found my voice through writing, and journalism has given that voice a purpose. As a government reporter, I strive to arm my readers with the information they need to make up their own minds, empowering them to actively engage in their democracy.
